We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, we sell 100 percent human hair except stated otherwise in our post caption or website . However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully:

 
1.  Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the hair, if it is a complain about the hair quality, please provide details of the originality test conducted and the results obtained, also , if you have an issue with the wigging  , please make sure your complaint comes in within 72 hours of receiving your wig, if someone receives your package on your behalf, please tell them to check using the above information 👆 
 
2. Originality Test Requirement: Before initiating a return, customers must conduct an originality test on the hair received. This may include burn test,  wash test , If the hair fail to meet the originality standard as determined by the test, you may be eligible for a return if the complaint comes in within 72 hours of receiving the hair.

3. Customers must check the wig and the length of the wig ordered , our standard for measuring a wig 👇( from the crown of the wig to the tip of the hair , if you do not know how to measure, please ask us for a video tutorial ) 
If the length of the wig fails to meet the length ordered from us, you may be eligible for a return. 
 
4. Return Approval: Upon review of your return request and originality test results and video evidence of the complaint, we will determine whether your return is eligible for a refund or an exchange.
If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or exchange for an alternative product of equal value.
 
5. Returned hair products must be in their original condition, unused, closure /frontal lace uncut, with all original packaging intact.
 
6. Shipping Costs: if the error is from us, we will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on Customer’s part.
