2. *Return Approval:* Upon review of your return request and cross checking the product we will determine whether your return is eligible for a refund or exchange. If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or exchange for an alternative product of equal value.
3. Returned Sunglasses must be in their original condition with all tags, cases, and accessories included. Please note that certain exclusions may apply, such as items damaged due to delivery issues.
4. *Shipping Costs:* if the error is from us, we will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on Customer’s part.
